LIBRARY CARDS ARE COMPLETELY FREE FOR ALL IN COUNTY (DeWitt & Lavaca) RESIDENTS. Out of area individuals are subject to a small fee of $5 per month or $25 per year. With a library card, you gain FREE access to all library services.
