NOTICE OF MEETING  OF  PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Thursday, January 17, 2008 at 6:00 PM in the City Council Room of the Public Works Building (behind City Hall) at 900 Irvine Street. The purpose of the hearing will be to:  1. Consider a request from Doris Hall for a Change in Zoning from Residential (R-2) to Residential (R-3) on property described as Lot 10 of Block 1241 in the Berry Addition (506 Lavaca St.).  2.
